LONDON PROPRIETARY TRADING GROUP (LPTG)
TERMS OF BUSINESS, CLIENT AGREEMENT & RISK DISCLOSURE
Effective Date: On confirmation of form submission.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY
By selecting "I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE", purchasing any LPTG service or using our website, software or trading facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Business.
SECTION 1 – ABOUT LPTG
London Proprietary Trading Group ("LPTG", "we", "our", "us") provides professional trading technology, institutional market analysis, trader education, mentoring, automated execution software and trading floor facilities.
Our services include:
- FX Flow Scanner Reports
- Institutional Yield Flow Analysis
- Email & Telegram Market Reports
- Automated Execution Software
- Professional Trader Mentoring
- Weekly Trading Floor Workshops
- Trading Floor Membership
- Professional Trading Facilities
- Market Analysis & Research
- Trading Software
SECTION 2 – REGULATORY STATUS
London Proprietary Trading Group is NOT authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
LPTG provides:
- Trading technology
- Educational services
- Market research
- Software
- Training
- General market commentary
LPTG does NOT provide:
- Personal investment advice
- Financial advice
- Portfolio management
- Wealth management
- Tax advice
- Legal advice
Nothing provided by LPTG should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
SECTION 3 – CLIENT MONEY
LPTG NEVER holds client money.
Clients using our services acknowledge:
- Their trading account is opened in their own name.
- Their funds remain in their own brokerage account.
- LPTG cannot withdraw client funds.
- LPTG is never the custodian of client assets.
- Clients remain the legal owner of their account and funds at all times.
Where applicable, brokerage accounts are opened with our supported brokerage partner.
The brokerage is responsible for:
- Holding client funds
- Executing trades
- Deposits & withdrawals
- Platform operation
- Client money protection (where applicable under its own regulatory obligations)
The contractual relationship with the broker is solely between the client and the broker.
SECTION 4 – FX FLOW SCANNER (£29.99 PER MONTH)
Subscribers receive institutional market reports via Email and/or Telegram.
Reports may include:
- Treasury Yield Analysis
- Currency Strength Rankings
- DXY Analysis
- VIX Risk Assessment
- Institutional Flow Analysis
- Market Direction
- Yield Differential
- Trade Opportunities
- Execution Guidance
Reports are supplied for educational and informational purposes only.
LPTG does not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Profitability
- Winning trades
- Future market direction
- Investment returns
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
SECTION 5 – PROFESSIONAL TRADER PROGRAMME (£99 PER MONTH)
Includes everything within the FX Flow Scanner together with:
- Weekly Live Trading Floor Workshops
- Professional Mentoring
- Institutional Market Education
- Risk Management Training
- Trade Planning
- Execution Reviews
- Community Support
- Email & Telegram Reports
Educational services cannot guarantee trading success.
Trading performance will vary between individuals.
SECTION 6 – TRADING FLOOR MEMBERSHIP (FROM £600 PER MONTH)
Members receive access to professional trading facilities including:
- Dedicated Fixed Trading Desk
- Professional Trading Floor
- High-Speed Internet
- Trading Community
- Weekly Workshops
- Professional Working Environment
- Networking Opportunities
Membership grants access to facilities only.
LPTG does not guarantee profitability or business success.
Members remain responsible for:
- Their own equipment
- Their own broker
- Their own trades
- Their own tax affairs
- Insurance of personal property
SECTION 7 – AUTOMATED EXECUTION SYSTEM
The LPTG Automated Execution System is software designed to automatically execute trades according to predefined rules developed by LPTG.
The software is intended to assist with trade execution only.
The software:
- May generate profitable trades.
- May generate losing trades.
- Cannot predict markets with certainty.
- Cannot guarantee profits.
- May be affected by market volatility.
- May experience technical failures.
Clients remain responsible for monitoring their trading account.
SECTION 8 – PERFORMANCE FEE
Where applicable:
Clients retain:
80% of net monthly trading profits
LPTG receives:
20% Performance Fee
Performance fees are invoiced monthly.
No performance fee is payable where no net monthly profit has been generated under the agreed fee calculation.
Broker commissions, spreads, swap charges and taxes remain the responsibility of the client.
SECTION 9 – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
- Maintain sufficient trading capital.
- Monitor their trading account.
- Understand leveraged trading.
- Keep login credentials secure.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
- Notify LPTG of material changes affecting service delivery.
SECTION 10 – RISK WARNING
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and leveraged financial products carries a high level of risk.
You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Leverage magnifies both profits and losses.
Trading is not suitable for everyone.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Historical performance does not guarantee future performance.
No trading strategy can eliminate market risk.
Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
SECTION 11 – NO GUARANTEE
LPTG makes absolutely no guarantee regarding:
- Profitability
- Winning percentage
- Investment returns
- Income
- Account growth
- Future market direction
- Software performance
Losses form part of normal trading activity.
SECTION 12 – TECHNOLOGY RISKS
Clients acknowledge that trading technology may be affected by:
- Internet outages
- Broker outages
- Exchange outages
- Data feed interruptions
- Software bugs
- Power failures
- Slippage
- Price gaps
- Delayed execution
- Hardware failures
LPTG accepts no liability for losses resulting from such events.
SECTION 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All LPTG software, algorithms, indicators, reports, educational material, branding and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of London Proprietary Trading Group.
Clients may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Redistribute
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
- Sell
- Republish
- Commercially exploit
any LPTG intellectual property without prior written consent.
SECTION 14 – CONFIDENTIALITY
Clients agree not to disclose:
- Trading methodology
- Software
- Algorithms
- Educational content
- Workshop material
- Internal documentation
- Trading floor discussions
without written permission from LPTG.
SECTION 15 – PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Subscription fees are payable in advance.
Membership fees are payable monthly unless otherwise agreed.
Performance fees are invoiced monthly where applicable.
Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LPTG shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses
- Loss of profits
- Loss of opportunity
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Software failure
- Broker failure
- Third-party service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by the laws of England and Wales.
SECTION 17 – TERMINATION
LPTG reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:
- Fees remain unpaid.
- These Terms are breached.
- Fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
- Intellectual property is misused.
- Abusive or threatening behaviour occurs.
SECTION 18 – PRIVACY
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO SERVICES
LPTG may amend, improve, suspend or discontinue any service, software or feature at any time.
Updated Terms will become effective once published.
SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
CLIENT DECLARATION
By selecting "I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE", you confirm that:
☑ I am at least 18 years of age.
☑ I understand that London Proprietary Trading Group is not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
☑ I understand that my trading account will remain in my own name with the supported third-party broker.
☑ I understand that my funds remain in my own brokerage accountand that LPTG does not hold, receive or control client money.
☑ I understand that any regulatory protections relating to my brokerage account are provided by my chosen broker under its own terms and regulatory status, not by LPTG.
☑ I understand that trading leveraged financial products carries a high level of risk and I may lose some or all of my invested capital.
☑ I understand that LPTG provides technology, market analysis, education and software only, and does not provide personalised investment advice.
☑ I understand that past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
☑ I understand that neither the FX Flow Scanner, Professional Trader Programme, Trading Floor Membership nor the Automated Execution System guarantees profits or successful trading outcomes.
☑ I accept full responsibility for all trading decisions, gains and losses.
☑ I have had the opportunity to obtain independent financial, legal and tax advice before using LPTG services.
☑ I have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Business in full.
